Kurt Lipson has over 15 years of experience in Direct-to-Consumer leadership roles with large US Multi-National Consumer brands. Before working with Deckers Brands as the Director of Global Direct to Consumer Operations, Kurt worked in China for 10 years—first as the General Manager and master franchisee for Subway in East China, and later with Apple Retail, responsible for Store Strategies. These global and multi-industry experiences frame his strategies to innovate and elevate digital and physical customer experiences.
