As SVP & GM at Emburse, Alfred oversees strategy and P&L for two of the company’s North American business units. In his role, he works directly with Sales and Marketing, Customer Success, HR and Product functional leaders across the organization in developing strategic and tactical business plans to help meet revenue and profitability targets.

He was first introduced to the world of Customer Success when he joined Nexonia in 2015 to head up the Support, Professional Services and CSM teams. Prior to that, Alfred worked in the Health Informatics industry for over 15 years leading high growth teams on multi-year EHR implementation service projects across Canada.

He brings over 20 years of experience in customer centric roles and enjoys contributing to the Emburse vision of humanizing work for employees as it perfectly aligns with his personal passion of helping customers be successful. In his personal time, he very much enjoys spending time with his family and exploring the incredible food scene in Toronto.
