Justin Smith, Senior Manager, Customer Care at Edmunds
Justin Smith serves as the Senior Manager of Customer Care at Edmunds, where he is responsible for overseeing all of Edmunds’ customer service efforts. This includes managing the company’s user-generated content moderation team, Edmunds’ automotive forums and collaborating with Edmunds’ product teams to provide feedback loops through methods such as NPS, surveys, and more.
Justin joined the company in 2013 initially as an intern for Edmunds’ editorial team. Since then he has held a number of management roles that have had a meaningful impact on Edmunds’ world class customer service initiatives.
Justin holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of South Florida’s Muma College of Business.
