Area of Expertise

Kim Cochran is Vice President of Customer Experience for Guthy Renker. She has over 20 years of experience leading large omni-channel sales, marketing and customer service organizations. Kim builds and executes innovative technology solutions that leverage Voice of the Customer (VOC) insights to improve brand loyalty, customer retention, satisfaction and lifetime value.

Prior to joining Guthy Renker, Kim spent several years as a sales and marketing Director at Verizon. Kim holds a B.S. in Business Administration, Marketing from San Jose State University.
