All my career I’ve being in customer service related activities, from my beginnings as an account Executive for VIP clients in a financial institution, to providing a VIP experience in my own High End  beauty salons in Mexico, to now my role as Senior Global Account Manager for a cosmetic company, I’ve always focused on providing clients with solutions for their specific needs and building relationships based on trust and exceeding their expectations, good customer service is not enough, adding value is the only way to keep thriving in such a competitive and global economy, meeting clients where they are and helping them grow according the needs of the territories.
