A true love for Customer Success! I came from a finance and sales background, but found myself gravitating towards the customer experience so made the leap of faith into customer success over three years go. I have held a wide range of positions from implementation to customer success manager to team lead while working with different client types (SMB to Strategic).

​With a passion to inspire others to hop on the Customer Success train- I am excited for the opportunity to join this Advisory Board and share my knowledge.
