Sara Tatsch is is Vice President, Business & New Program Development at Virgin Galactic Holdings, Inc. (VGH), the first public traded spaceflight company. Sara is a business development executive with an entrepreneurial spirit who drives material business advantage through sound decision making and development of company strategy. 

Previously, as Line of Business Lead, Capture Management for Lockheed Martin Skunk Works®’, she mentored and led the successful capture of several hypersonic and advanced concept solutions for the Department of Defense (DOD). Earlier she rose through the ranks from supply chain to proposal negotiation to business development. 

Sara received her Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Texas at Arlington. She also holds a master’s degree from Texas Women’s University. Sara resides in the Southern California with her better half, Ryan, and their two little boys. When she’s not chasing her children, she enjoys trail running and camping in the backcountry.
