Todd started with Quantech in August 2019 after over 26 years in the United States Air Force (USAF). Before retiring from Active Duty, Todd led a 350+ person division ensuring operations for seven large, ground-based, phased array radars and three command and control systems providing missile warning; missile defense; space situational awareness; nuclear command, control, and communications; and survivable, endurable command and control. Todd's team won the Department of Defense (DoD) 2017 best System-level Performance Based Logistics and an Under Secretary of the Air Force, Acquisition, Technology & Logistics, Tailored 5000 Award for an innovative sustainment approach.
Prior to that assignment, Todd received a Master’s degree from Air War College, Air University preceded by a tour at the Air Force Materiel Command’s Inspector General (IG) office. Before joining the IG team, Todd spent five years at Space and Missile System Center (SMC) as the Deputy Division Chief for the Space Based Infrared System Production Division; Commander, Counterspace Squadron; and Program Manager for the Integrated Space Situational Awareness program. While at SMC, he deployed to Kandahar, Afghanistan, and served as the Director of Staff for the 451st Air Expeditionary Wing. Earlier in Todd’s career, he held numerous project and program manager positions providing space capabilities in space control and space command and control after receiving a U.S. Patent for a blue fiber laser design. In his current duties, Todd identifies, shapes, and captures space-related opportunities for the company. In this capacity, he works with numerous Government organizations across the space enterprise to best position the company for near- and long-term Government support opportunities. |
