Yasemin Elmas has over 23 years of experience in business development, US immigration, and business management both in Turkey and the United States. She is a bonded immigration consultant.
In addition to her professional contributions, Yasemin volunteered her time with various nonprofit organizations in both Turkey and Los Angeles. She was involved with human rights and women rights organizations in Turkey, working on issues such as domestic violence, forced marriages, dowries, and discrimination against women in the workplace and in family law and in Los Angeles working on issues related to immigration and equality. She co-founded and/or served on the boards of several nonprofit community organizations in both Turkey and Los Angeles. Her work on human rights issues in Turkey has been published by Women for Women’s Human Rights.
